This privacy policy describes how Block Royale ("we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, stores, uses, and shares information when you use our website and game.

We collect the following:

• Solana wallet address — the address you connect or enter before playing. This is required to play and is used as your payout destination and as your identifier on the leaderboard.
• Nickname — the display name you choose. It is shown to other players in-game and on the leaderboard.
• IP address — used to enforce rate limits and to detect abuse. We store it only in a hashed, truncated form alongside round records; the original address is not retained in our game database.
• Round results — your placement, kill count, and payout amount for each round you play.

Wallet addresses are used to send payouts and to enforce our anti-farming rules, such as per-wallet cooldowns and payout limits. Nicknames, placements, and earnings are displayed publicly on the in-game leaderboard and recent payouts feed.

Hashed IP data is used only to detect people running multiple accounts to manipulate payouts. We do not use any of this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

This is important, so please read it carefully.

Payouts are made on the Solana blockchain. When we send you a payout, the transaction — including your wallet address, the amount, and the time — is recorded on a public ledger that anyone can read. This record is permanent.

We cannot edit, hide, or delete blockchain transactions. Once a payout is made, the link between your wallet address and Block Royale is public forever, and no request to us can undo it. Anyone can also view your wallet's full transaction history and balance using that address.

If this matters to you, use a wallet you are comfortable being publicly associated with this game.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you. Connecting your wallet to this site does not give us the ability to move your funds.

We use a third-party Solana RPC provider to read balances and submit payout transactions. Your wallet address is necessarily shared with that provider and with the Solana network in order to pay you.

If you connect a browser wallet, that wallet extension is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.

Please note the limits: we can delete your nickname, hashed IP data, and leaderboard entries from our own systems. We cannot delete on-chain payout transactions, because they do not belong to us and cannot be removed by anyone. We may also need to keep minimal payout records where required for accounting or to prevent fraud.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party tracking technologies. We do use your browser's local storage to remember your settings, loadout, and the wallet address you last used. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser.

Block Royale is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for changes.
